Once the registration and confirmation process are complete the process is just about finished. While our lawyers are cutting your cheque we typically conduct one last review of the file to ensure all the paperwork has been received is in order. From there, depending on what you arranged with us, the funds will be available to you by a lawyers trust cheque or deposited directly to your bank account.
The following is a timeline of a typical transaction:
Day 1 / Day 2… Inquire, Apply, receive Approval, sign Disclosure Documents,
Day 3 / Day 4… Attend your lawyer’s office to sign Mortgage Documents,
Day 4 / Day 8… Evergreen’s lawyers complete the registration / confirmation process,
Day 5 / Day 9… Receive money!
